AWE Agency Automation Hub is an internal productivity tool built for The AWE Agency to manage client workflows.

The application synchronizes order data from Squarespace checkouts into Google Sheets, utilizes Google Gemini AI to refine and draft personalized onboarding email templates, and automatically creates calendar sessions using Google Calendar.

By integrating Google APIs, the Hub allows us to:

  • Automatically read and update order status rows in configured client Google Sheets.

  • Send automated confirmation and follow-up emails directly through authorized Gmail accounts.

  • Schedule consulting sessions and insert Google Meet links into Google Calendar events.
