Yes — genuinely free. This isn’t some full hour product pitch. It's an open hour with an Executive Speaker Coach / Storycraft Guide because good conversations about speaking and storytelling are worth having. We enjoy engaging and caring for people on their journey, and we look forward to meeting you.

It helps — we shape the hour around what people bring, so the registration form asks for yours. But "I don't even know where to start" is a perfectly good question. Come as you are.

Not at all. Camera's optional and you're welcome to just listen. You can drop questions in the chat if you'd rather not speak up.

Yes. These sessions are open, recorded, and transcribed. By joining you consent to being recorded and transcribed — so if you'd prefer not to be on camera, just keep it off.
