Who we’ve coached
Our Tailored Idea-to-Talk Process
-
ONE. Idea Discovery
Through 1:1 coaching, we start by discovering your idea through a conversation about who you are, your story, your work, the genesis of the idea, and what the idea is.
This allows us to both refine your core message for maximum impact and understand the story, themes, and values and grow into your story arc.
-
TWO. Crafting the Story Arc & Talk Outline
From the idea grows a compelling narrative structure, grounded in deep expertise for what story arcs are best suited to your particular work, idea, and individuality.
Once we land a story arc, we then collaboratively develop the outline of your talk, all in alignment with your timing.
-
THREE. Script Development
We believe the scripting process is critical. The power of great talks rest in careful editing, word-choices that resonate with your natural speaking style, and weaving together all the expertise for what moves the audience.
-
FOUR. Presentation & Media
We work with you to carefully design media and visual content to make the greatest impact without distraction, while balancing copyright, media requirements, and technical requirements of your chosen platform.
-
FIVE. Rehearsal & Internalization
We work with you to tailor your unique voice and memorization style to achieve an authentic, rehearsed, and confident talk. Every person is different, and every person can deliver an exceptional talk well rehearsed. We know it because we’ve worked with a vast diversity of people: Once we know what works best for you, you’ll nail it.
-
SIX. Delivery Mastery
As we head in for final preparations to deliver your talk, we’ll sharpen your delivery, including breathing, vocal tone and variety, strategic pauses and gestures, and guidance on how to be with your audience.
